Summarization of Content

Monograph documenting Suki Chan's trilogy Lucida (2016), which toured various sites in the UK in 2016-2017. The publication also includes the artist's exploration of the human eye, vision and the brain which brought together scientists, psychologists and others to tell their story about vision. The publication includes essays by  Dr Marius Kwint, Dr Richard Wingate and Gareth Evans.

The installation explored the meaning of perception means by investigating how multiple projections focus in human eyes and employing the latest biomedical research on how the brain processes and interprets sensory perception.  The interactive art work prompted viewers to look again at the world around us and question whether what we perceive is actual what is before our eyes.
