Scope and Content

Various media records found in the CFCCA Library in 2017.

The records have been arranged in the order in which they were originally listed. Data CDs/DVD have been treated as records sets and their contents can be found as records within the set. Video DVD & audio CD are treated as a single record & the contents are parts of the original record.

The records within this set have also been arranged within the functional hierarchy of the collection to aid researchers.

This record set contains CD and DVDs which were found in the CFCCA Library in 2017 which were retained for the archive collection.

Published materials not associated with the Centre were transferred to the Library. Materials which did not fit within our collections policy were appraised before the material was accessioned.

Initially the materials within the accession were arranged within the main function hierarchy as physical objects. In 2020, the decision was made to also arranged the materials within an additional hierarchy reflecting the order in which they were currently stored. The analogue records remain stored within the functional hierarchy and the digital media are stored separately.
